Thank you to our neighbors who serve the local community, this one’s for you! This pass is available to full-time residents living between Tahoe City and Rubicon and offers the same access as our Value Pass at a discounted rate. The West Shore Resident Pass is valid 7-days a week excluding peak holiday dates.
Peak Dates: December 26 – January 1, January 16 & 17, February 13-15.

Verification of residency is required every season. A drivers license or government-issue ID is required for verification of residency. Additional documents may be required. Shipping address must match the address on your driver’s license or ID. PO Boxes are accepted.
Verification must be submitted by October 31, 2026.

Adult and Senior Season Passes include an option to purchase up to 6 non-peak buddy day tickets to Homewood annually.
Adult and Senior Unlimited Passholders will have the option to purchase 6 unrestricted buddy day tickets to Homewood annually.

Season Passholders receive access to exclusive events including passholder parties, and early lift access.
Standard Terms & Conditions
If the guest is unable to verify eligibility for special season pass discounts, the guest will be required to pay the difference of the full season pass rate at the current pricing tier at the time of pass pickup. Refusal to pay the difference will result in the forfeiture of the original season pass payment without exception. Season pass purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. No refunds or rollovers will be issued for season passes not used or not picked up. All Season pass privileges are subject to terms of issuance. Season pass prices are subject to change without notice. Season pass type is determined by passholder’s age as of 12/1/2026.
