Whether you’re visiting in summer or winter, we want to make your arrival easy and stress-free. Hereβs everything you need to know about parking, transportation options, and construction impacts at Homewood Mountain Resort.

πββοΈ Friday May, 30 2025 – Reno-Tahoe Odyssey
We’re excited to welcome the Reno-Tahoe Odyssey Run to Homewood Mountain Resort on Friday, May 30. The RTO is a 178-mile adventure relay with 36 stops throughout the region. Runners will begin arriving at Homewood in the afternoon of May 30. Please note that parking will be limited, and be mindful of athletes, spectators, and volunteers in the area throughout the evening. Learn more about the Reno-Tahoe Odyssey at renotahoeodyssey.com

Summer Parking Information
Paid parking is in effect at both North and South Base areas during the summer season. Look for on-site QR CodesΒ or click here to pay quickly through our online parking system.
- North Base Parking:
- Homewood High & Dry Marina guests can park at the North Base. Visit the Marina Office for your daily parking pass.
- Be aware of temporary construction zones and follow posted signage.
- South Base Parking:
- Available forΒ day-use parking.
Winter Parking Information
Paid parking is in effect during the winter season at North and South Base lots.
- Season Pass Holders:
- Enjoy free winter parking as part of the Homewood Pass Holder benefits! Please make sure to submit your license plate number when you purchase your season pass.
- North Base Parking:
- Primary parking for North Lodge and 89 Bar & Grill.
- Direct access to the Madden Lift, Beginner Terrain, Ticketing, Guest Services, Rentals, Retail, and Event Spaces.
- Please observe any construction zone signage during active projects.
- South Base Parking:
- Access to Quail Lifts, Ticket Kiosks, Teams Programs, and the Childrenβs Center.


π§ Construction Impact Notices
- Construction & Contractor Parking:
Portions of the North Lot will be used for Homewood resort improvement projects.
- West Shore Utility Projects:
Homewood is supporting the West Shore Infrastructure Upgrade Projects. Sections of the North Lot will support water line and fiber optic upgrades along West Lake Blvd. We appreciate your patience as we work to enhance local infrastructure!

TART Connect:
- Free, on-demand shuttle service in many West Shore areas.
- Perfect for quick and easy trips to and from Homewood.

State Route 89 Corridor Plan:Β
- Seasonal shuttle service offering scenic rides to Emerald Bay and other destinations.
- Pilot Program is set to begin on July 15th, 2025 with Shuttle Services from Sugar Pine Campground to Vikingsholm (Emerald Bay).
- Great for sightseeing without parking hassles!
- Please Note: While Homewood Mountain Resort does offer paid public parking, we are NOT a shuttle stop for the Emerald Bay Shuttle. More information coming soon!
