Winter finally made an appearance in Tahoe over the holidays, delivering over 3 feet on the upper mountain here at Homewood. This is just the boost we needed from Mother Nature to kick off the winter season.

What Lifts Will Be Open?

North Carpet

Happy Platter

Madden Chair

What Terrain Is Available?

Madden Chair will access most difficult terrain only with areas of thin snow coverage and limited grooming.

What about Beginner Access?

All beginner terrain will be at the North Base on North Carpet and Happy Platter.

Are Lessons Avalable?

We will be offering beginner-only lessons on the North Carpet on Saturday, December 27. Beginner and Intermediate lessons with access to the upper mountain will be available starting Sunday, December 28.

When Will Additional Terrain Open?

Our team is working hard to open Old Homewood Express Chair and Big Blue View Bar on Sunday December, 28. Ellis Terrain and Quail Chair will need additional natural snow before they open for the season.
