Victoria Gustafson - Director of IT Victoria started at Homewood Mountain Resort in December of 2004 after moving to the Tahoe area the year before. She graduated from Sacramento State with a degree in Management Information Systems and after seven years of consulting for large firms, developing websites and code, she decided she needed a break! Gustafson took a year off to travel to Hawaii and Tahoe and never went back to the consulting firm in San Francisco. After working in nearly every department, Victoria takes personal ownership in Homewood Mountain Resort. Her experience, efforts and commitment warranted a promotion to a leadership position as IT Director in August 2006.

Amber Kijanka - Marketing and Sales Amber joined the Homewood team in July of 2007 and is very excited to be a part of the Homewood team. She has lived in Tahoe for almost a decade working at various lodges, hotels and ski resorts including Alpine Meadows where she was a children's ski instructor and where she met her husband. Amber has a degree in Recreation Administration from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and has been skiing since she was 10 years old. After working in the many industries here in Tahoe, Amber has decided to return to the ski industry to reconnect with why she was living in Tahoe. "Working for a neighborhood resort with a strong focus on preserving and sharing the true essence of Tahoe is exactly where I belong."

Jake Lewis - Resort Service Manager The true local, Jake grew up in Tahoe, ripping up the slopes at Alpine and Homewood on skis in the winter and on mountain bikes in the summer. He and his two brothers and sisters started taking ski lessons every Sunday at Alpine Meadows when Jake was nine while his mother or father waited in the lodge. After graduating from North Tahoe High School where he played both Baseball and Football, Lewis started working at Homewood in 2000 as a ski tech in the rental shop and has worked his way up to manager of resort services.

Jeff Coburn - Tickets Manager Jeff has lived in Tahoe for nearly two decades, and has been at Homewood Mountain Resort since 1999. When he is not managing ticket sales in the winter or special events operations in the summer, Jeff loves hiking and skiing, and spending time with his wife and two daughters.

Chris Patrick - Food & Beverage Director

Ted Tank - Ski Patrol Manager Ted moved to the Tahoe area in 1988 after graduating from the University of Oregon in Eugene with a degree in Economics. Like many Tahoe locals, Ted intended to spend just one season here and got sucked in by the deep, steep snow that cover the Tahoe Mountains. After ten years of patrolling at Squaw Valley, Tank made the switch to Homewood Mountain Resort in 1998 where he has been patrolling and skiing ever since. Ted started skiing when he was just three years old and his favorite run at Homewood is Quail Face.

Terry Weltmer - Snow Making Manager Terry has been making snow for Homewood Mountain Resort since 2003, and has helped resorts around the world fine tune their snowmaking systems. Weltmer has a long history of involvement in the ski industry and poses a wealth of knowledge, not just about snowmaking but about tuning skis and snowboards, grooming and running lift operations as well. Terry's dog Jake has made snow for eleven seasons and is no stranger to the coyotes of both Homewood and Alpine Meadows. Terry currently lives in Glenshire and has been in the Tahoe area since 1997.
