It is the goal of our resort to continue to make community support a top priority within our business standards. We desire to support efforts that have a positive impact on our local children's educational opportunities, families and the environment in which we live.
Parameters
As can be imagined, Homewood Mountain Resort receives a tremendous number of requests for donations each year. In order to consolidate the process and allow for clear understanding of the goal and parameters and the application process, we have developed this Donation Application/Process on our website for your convenience. Every fundraiser is important, but because of the demand, we are now targeting our giving to organizations or projects that are located in the North Lake Tahoe/Truckee region only. Eligible organizations must be able to show that our donation will have a significant and long term impact on children's lives and/or the preservation of the environment.
Application Process
If you feel that your donation request meets the expectations as explained above. Please complete the application thoroughly for consideration. All applications must be submitted at least 21 days prior to the event.
Guidelines
- Benefactor/organization must be located in the North Lake Tahoe/Truckee region
- Fundraising proceeds must benefit education/children locally
- Fundraising proceeds must promote and help to further environmental stewardship locally
- Must be beneficial exposure for the resort tied to the donation by way of program advertising, logo affiliation, and brand exposure
